Video Usage

As a Content Creator and artist, it takes a lot of time to make one animated video, as I also create all individual assets such as Models, Rigs and Modelled Backgrounds.

Which means that I allow re-usage of any of my videos to a limited extent. What does it mean?

Explained shortly, casual re-uploading and sharing is obviously fine, no credits needed for that. However, if you are a Content Creator or a profile with a decent amount of engagement, I kindly ask to give appropriate credit to me. You can just mention my name (Sonnick / Sonnick3D), however a direct link or a tag to one of my profiles is very appreciated.

You also are allowed to recreate/reanimate any of my videos, credit is not needed for it.

Additionally, please do not make profit off my videos without asking for permission first. You can make profit/monetize it if:

• The video is featured in a compilation of various community works

• It's a voice over / fan dub

• The video is a remake/reanimated version inspired by the original

While I do understand that it might be an exaggeration to ask for credit, I *personally* believe that re-uploading someone else's work with no significant edits as a Content Creator promotes unoriginality, especially if the Creator has a certain amount of followers (for example, 10.000+ followers on Instagram). All I'm doing here is simply just protecting my work and avoiding misusage.

If possible, please avoid altering my content with generative AI. None of my work is being made with such tools, and I wish to stay away from it.

Keep in mind that I might send you a DM asking to remove the video or credit me if you're a Content Creator with a certain amount of engagement. However, I will *never* take any legal action on it as I believe it is an exaggerated action in this case.

And lastly, I'd like to clarify that I (obviously) do not own Hatsune Miku, Kasane Teto, Akita Neru, and any other IPs created by others. I am simply just an individual fan creating animations and models based on those characters.
