Video Usage

*Starting from October 28th 2026, I do not allow voiceovers of my animations unless I give explicit permission first. I do not feel comfortable with them.

As a Content Creator and artist, it takes a lot of time to make one animated video, as I also create all individual assets such as Models, Rigs and Modelled Backgrounds.

Which means that I allow re-usage of any of my videos to a limited extent. What does it mean?

Explained shortly, casual re-uploading and sharing is obviously fine, no credits needed for that. However, if you are a Content Creator or a profile with a decent amount of engagement, I kindly ask to give appropriate credit to me. You can just mention my name (Sonnick / Sonnick3D), however a direct link or a tag to one of my profiles is very appreciated.

Here's what I usually allow, no need to ask for consent:

• Casual re-uploading on Giphy, Klipy and Twitter.

• Video reactions

• Memes

Here's what I usually do NOT allow unless I give explicit consent first:

• Voiceovers (for example, a re-dub in another language)

• Videos re-used in a compilation

• Re-uploading my videos for engagement farm

• Monetizing the re-uploads (this counts even if you're following the terms listed in this page)

• Claiming ownership of the animations and assets.

• Usage of generative AI to alter my videos OR training AI with them.

While I do understand that it might be an exaggeration to ask for credit, I *personally* believe that re-uploading someone else's work with no significant edits as a Content Creator promotes unoriginality, especially if the Creator has a certain amount of followers (for example, 10.000+ followers on Instagram). All I'm doing here is simply just protecting my work and avoiding misusage.

What happens if you violate the terms listed in this page?

• If you re-used the video on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or X (formerly Twitter), I'll send you a direct message about it.

• If nothing is resolved, your profiles will be blocked from engaging with my content.

• In case of misusage with monetization, keep in mind that I will *NEVER* ask for monetary compensation. It is not something I can see myself doing. However, if you re-used my videos and monetizing them, please stop doing so.
